Day 16 + bonus pics by Erynn
I made 3 loaves of bread today the last one is still cooking. they are mini whole wheat loaves they look like huge potatoes lol. The 2nd two pics are done by my daughter Erynn, she and her sisters made a snowman they had no snowman supplies, so they use a baseball bat & golf club for arms, plastic fake food for eyes and such. and a big cone head.. ADORABLE!

Day 6
Well this was an adventure! Today we learned that, whole wheat flour can not be used to make pie crust, you need whole wheat pastry flour. When you have no white flour or whole wheat pastry flour call out to God "Lord this child really wants a pop tart" and then you find a box of Jiffy pie crust in the pantry that you are quite certain you have never seen before. The end result is homemade pop tarts. A fellow online friend shared the recipe but I found its very easily adaptable to what you have on hand.. so with out further adieu I present to you home made strawberry pop-tarts. And yes because of the effort and such I took 2 pics.
